Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unused and in original condition
- be returned in its original packaging
- include proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for items that show clear signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or items returned outside the return window.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at helphookout@shophookout.com with your order number and photos if possible.
